Title: Report of a survey of the provision and use of the School Library in a sample of Primary and Post-Primary Schools
Authors: ETI
Issue date: 2005
URI: http://hdl.handle.net/2428/4664
Abstract: The Education and Training Inspectorate (Inspectorate) has traditionally included consideration of the quality and use of library provision in its inspections of schools. While references to the provision and use of school library facilities have value, the Inspectorate recognises that these general evaluations would not provide a comprehensive overview. The Inspectorate has therefore carried out a survey specifically focused on the use of school libraries in a sample of primary and post-primary schools in Northern Ireland.
